Only the best Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, and Cabernet Franc grapes are selected during harvest for Perpiero’s blend. All grapes are picked by hand and vinified separately. The color of this wine is an intense, lively ruby with purple hues and its aromas are reminiscent of black cherry, raspberry, bay leaf, black currant and an elegant coating of cinnamon, hazelnut praline and vanilla. Intense, full-bodied on the palate, with sweet berries as the main feature. Velvety and elegant tannins, followed by a long and complex aftertaste make this wine stand out when paired with braised meats and well-aged cheeses
