Louis Latour Pouilly Fuisse Burgundy has an intense and floral nose that reveals notes of honey and acacia. The mouth is ample with freshness and white flower aromas. It has a good minerality on the finish. Fermentation is in stainless steel tanks followed by malolactic fermentation and 10 months aging also in tanks.
